Lilly's Cozy Cove
Our apartments are equipped with fragrance free cotton sheets, towels and kitchen towels for each guest. Each apartment has a wifi, a TV and a desk. For families with small children we provide bed guard, high chair and outlet covers.

We accept dogs who are up to date on their vaccines, on flea/tick treatment, and well managed by their owners.
Each kitchen has a dishwasher, a refrigerator and a stove to give our guests an opportunity to prepare their own meals, easily and efficiently. There is also an assortment of gadgets from pots and pans, quality knives and other necessary utensils and condiments (olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, sugar, coffee, dish detergent).

We practice sustainable living, promote eco-tourism and make life choices that minimize our impact on Nature.

We focus on buying less, reusing and repurposing. When buying, we choose items that last longer and can be reused or recycled.

Our house is insulated to help reduce our carbon footprint and make our guests' stay more comfortable.

Since 2023 we produce our own electricity with the use of 23 solar panels.

In our apartments, we use eco-friendly cleaning options and avoid single-use items (like paper towels).

We rely on natural light, passive solar heat during warmer winter days and Dalmatian breeze during cool summer nights. Our apartments have heating and cooling units and we follow industry-recommended energy efficiency guidance.

We use LED light bulbs and outdoor motion lights.

We minimize our use of plastic and encourage our guests to drink tap water. Each apartment has fabric grocery bags and produce bags for our guests to use instead of plastic bags.

Each apartment has a mixed recycling bin.

We compost and feed our garden soil microbes. Each apartment has a dish with a lid under the sink for composting.
